How do you fight that kind of doubt? When someone presents it, or in those awful moments when we ourselves are attacked, how do you get by it?

Take Care and God Bless,
Sarah

For me personally I have to review the many times God has answered my prayers and blessed me. We all seem to struggle with doubt, satan loves to whisper in our ear, “it was just a coincidence or you’re not good enough for God to answer your prayers”. Especially when it comes to healing, Satan comes immediately to steal it. You’re not healed, you still feel pain. At this point we need to thank God for His healing and say it out load, Lord by your stripes I am healed! Isaiah 53:5 He himself took their infirmities and carried away their diseases. Matthew 8:17 The Lord has given us authority. We need to take it and use it. That authority is over all demons, sickness and even angels. Think of how Christ died for us so we could do this work in His name. Not to do it is disobedient. By the power of Jesus I take authority over the illness assaulting me and I send it to the cross. Thank you Jesus, I love you and adore you, you died for me, and in your rising you restored life to me.
A good friend of mine who is currently studying for the priesthood called to tell me he was suffering from a cold. It kept him up for many nights, finally he said, “Jesus, I really need some sleep please clear up my sinus.” He was instantly healed.
When satan says your no good and a don’t deserve Gods blessing tell him thanks for reminding me, I guess my God really does love me and bless me.

Good news on the cancer front. The women from my last post has been to the doctor and he has confirmed his earlier diagnosis was incorrect again! Another of the three cancers has departed, sent to Jesus. That's two down and one to go. Thank you Lord for your healing.

This past week during the conference at Steubenville, a young girl, Mary, came to us for prayer. She was very quiet and would not make eye contact. She seemed very sad. We asked her what the problem was; she had been diagnosed with ADS and depression. We prayed over her, she began to wobble and fell over. She was completely overcome by the Spirit and lay on the floor for several minutes. When she got up she looked us in the eye and said she felt healed, and full of the Joy of The Lord. Thank you Jesus.

Last week my sister came to visit us from Arkansas. She and my wife are planning on attending the Vine of Grace retreat for women in Phoenix this weekend. http://www.vineofgrace.org/
My sister has faced many challenges in her life and she lives in a small town where everyone knows your business. About two years ago the Lord in His mercy saved her from death and returned her to us. But being in a small town where people have long memories it has been hard for her to receive the abundant life promised by Jesus. So we suggested she consider living here in Arizona. We all prayed that the Lord would help us by removing obstacles and pave the way for her to be here. One of the biggest challenges was to find a decent job. We live right on the border so believe it or not there is a bias against anyone not Hispanic. Furthermore most of the jobs are low paying minimum wage type work. I wasn’t very optimistic, but my dear wife has total faith in Jesus and said he would provide. Last night my wife and sister put together a résumé and a reference list. To be honest, her resume is kind of weak. This morning my wife says, Linda let’s pray over your resume before you go out to apply for a job. They did just that. This morning my sister found a job in our town (double digit un-employment) that pays twice the minimum wage. Our God is good, forgiving, and infinitely merciful.

Sorry I haven’t been keeping up to date with reporting healings here; we have been traveling and have witnessed many miracles this summer.
During the mission at Sacred Heart in Nogales, AZ
Restored healing – after 5 years of total deafness and no hope for restoration by doctors, even with hearing aids. Complete hearing restored, thank you Jesus.
Weight loss – One full size lost during mission, thank you Jesus.
Migraine headaches – 5 years in constant pain ended during mission, thank you Jesus.
During the mission at Our Mother of Sorrows in Tucson, AZ
Liver cancer healed – During the prayer for healing a man testified he felt strange sensations in his liver. He went to the doctor the following week and received a clean bill of health. The cancer was completely one, thank you Jesus.

Hi: We are getting ready to do the 4 hour healing seminar again next week. It comes to mind I haven’t put anything here for a while. Last seminar two people were healed of liver cancer. Gone! Thank you Jesus.
We also did a mission in Nogales and several people reported healings. One women regained hearing after 2 years of inoperable deafness, another women lost a whole size during the service. Several people reported freedom of pain. Thanks be to God. He is the healer. Also many people were able to forgive someone who had wronged them. Amazing how holding on to un-forgiveness can wreak havoc in one’s body and mind. Give it to Jesus.

This weekend we held the healing seminar and one testimony stuck out for me. In the section on spiritual healing: a women testified “ When I was a child I was sexually abused by both my mother and father, during the prayer of forgiveness I was able to ask Jesus for his help and I forgave them. “

Thank you Jesus

Testimony from our last healing seminar:
Hip pain healed! I have been suffering from hip pain for several months. During the prayer for spiritual healing the Lord brought many people to mind that I had held un- forgiveness toward. With His help I was able to forgive them and pray for their healing. After the prayer my hip pain was gone.

I've been off-line for a bit....a lot of things going on, on this front. I must say, you and your wife are so blessed to have this ministry and the faith that you do.... I wish that the healing ministry was brought into my life sooner so it wouldn't be so hard to "connect" to. I'm glad you are feeling better from the motorcycle accident, and pray that you will continue to heal. I read the story you wrote, and it is really amazing that you are alive. Thank God for that.

Take Care and God Bless,
Sarah

More from the November seminar:
Last winter my wife prayed for an elderly woman who was suffering from constant shaking, I forgot the medical term but after the prayer the shaking stopped. This lady has been in a wheel chair for a few years and was brought in by her daughter. It turns out she is the sister in law of our next door neighbor. She talked about her brother-in-law having a lack of faith and how she wished he would get closer to God. During the summer seminar we saw her again because she was having some issues eliminating. We prayed for her again and I got a word for her and it was “don’t be afraid”. Latter my wife said she felt this lady was going to be healed. I told her I thought she nearing the final healing. This past seminar the lady’s daughter came without her. The daughter told us her mother had returned to Jesus just a few weeks earlier and that before she died she had made peace with her brother in law. She told us her mother was very much at ease and was not afraid. On the day she died she was peaceful, sitting in her wheel chair with a smile on her face. After the seminar the daughter said she was able to release her mother to Jesus. She was over her grief and was happy for her mother to be with the Lord. Thank you Jesus for your love and mercy.

When Jesus died, where were those he had healed asks Barbaqued. I believe they continued to give witness and may have been a part of the early church, some may have continued to follow from a far and some may drifted back to oblivion. But no mention is made of them at the cross accept for Mary Salome.

I am mystified by the excuses some give not to continue healing prayer for a loved one.

And yes, i have found the Eucharist to be a profound and constant source of physical, spiritual and emotional healing. My own daughter was healed one Easter from a toxic thyroid and genetic condition, as she swallowed the wafer, the Body of Christ and took the wine, thyroid returned to normal as I watched , a major miracle since even surgery had failed. He has healed me of countless ailments over the years and it is awesome!
